We cannot always guarantee we have a particular item in stock, if the situation arises where you have made an order which we cannot fulfill we will contact you to provide a substitute or a refund.

If an error in pricing has occured we may contact you to correct the sale or offer a refund. Pricing and stock availability is subject to change anytime without notice.
Though all care is taken during preparation, due to our environment we cannot always guarantee 100% gluten or nut free products.
Olives used in menu may contain pits.
Our pesto sauce contains nuts.

Placing and Accepting Orders
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Arthur’s Pizza Randwick is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation or errors of an order or a product.
Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us (“your offer”). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have confirmed your order. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Please ensure you are at home at the time of delivery, if you are not at home or the delivery driver is unable to contact you once they have arrived, we are not obliged to re-send the order at a later time at our expense.
Delivery of items can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to be delivered depending on location and how busy the restaurant is. These are just estimates, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery times but will endeavour to have your order delivered as soon as possible.
Refunds are offered at our complete discretion. Due to the nature of this service we cannot offer refunds unless a refund is needed as a result of a fault caused by Arthur’s Pizza Randwick.
