Firstly we wanted to thank all our lovely customers who have supported us during such uncertain times. Whilst our industry and many others suffer, we have been fortunate enough to still be able to function and provide our delicious pizzas in a takeaway and delivery format.
Over the last month, we have changed many of our processes based on government recommendations to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff. We have sanitizer in store for customers and staff to use (including 3rd party delivery partners) as well as enforcing social distancing and encouraging customers to wait outside. Our staff are sanitizing and wiping down surfaces on a regular basis and we have changed many of our internal processes to help minimise any risk. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow all recommendations and make any updated changes as necessary.
Whilst this affects our business it has also had a big effect on the supply chain, this has lead to less supply, alternative products/produce as well as our costs. As such we have had to source our produce from different suppliers and/or use different brands. Whilst it is not ideal, we kindly ask for your understanding during this time if the quality or consistency of our product is any different. Where possible will try to maintain our quality, consistency and pricing to ensure we able to supply you with the same great tasting pizzas as we always have!
